Swim Teams

Felix's uses this program to further develop the technique of swimmers as they are introduced to elements of competition. Designed for swimmers that have accomplished at least 9 levels, a "team atmosphere" of mutual support and enjoyment is promoted. The program teaches competitive strokes, turns, racing starts and strategies. At the end of each session, there is a fun competition followed by food and drinks.
